ALL OR NOTHING
All or nothing. You want to either “be 100%” otherwise it's a no. You either push yourself to the maximum every time, all the time, or, be 100% consistent with no blips or wobbles. From my experience, all-or-nothing is just a fancy coat for perfectionism, and frankly, perfectionism is mostly a fancy coat for fear of failure and/or fear of what other people may think if you’re not 100%. Are you all or nothing or are you willing to break free?
Acrylic, graphite, charcoal, oil stick, collage, ink, wax crayon on canvas
24 inches x 24 inches
Unframed 1.5-inch wide canvas with painted edges for a clean, contemporary look
